These Recommendations for Reporting represent an instrument for the shaping of requirements imposed by supervisory boards on management boards concerning the drawing up of relevant reports on a company's operations for the purposes of quality and effective supervision and for the purpose of remuneration of the management board in accordance with the company's performance. The information provided by management boards to supervisory boards should enable the supervisory boards to perform effective supervision of the company operations as well as competent decision-making.
