Guidelines for Selection and Recommendations for the Work of Supervisory Board Chairmen

The Guidelines are intended for all supervisory board members as a good practice recommendation for the selection, role, and work of supervisory board chairmen in Slovenia. Provisions of these Guidelines, which exceed the legislative framework, shall not be binding and shall apply by analogy to supervisory board chairmen of all companies with account taken  of the special features of an individual company’s operations.
